Cogmelt

Two linked workflows: contributors and enterprise buyers

The public website explains the platform, but the real operating model connects contributor missions, admin review, and buyer delivery.

Contributor flow

  1. Create account and accept legal terms
  2. Complete profile and unlock mission eligibility
  3. Choose a mission and read its rules
  4. Upload one task episode
  5. Submit mission-specific labels
  6. Receive review status, correction request, or approval
  7. See payout breakdown if accepted

Enterprise flow

  1. Request sample or pilot
  2. Define workflow and scope
  3. Admin launches one or more missions
  4. Contributors submit and label clips
  5. Admin reviews and filters submissions
  6. Accepted clips are grouped into delivery packages
  7. Buyer receives structured outputs
Cogmelt routes contributors through mission rules, review decisions, and payout states. Production deployment should connect these flows to secure authentication, cloud storage, and API-backed audit records.
