Notice process

Review and action
Cogmelt may remove or restrict access to challenged content while reviewing a notice.
Repeat infringer handling
Accounts repeatedly linked to infringing uploads may be suspended or terminated.
Counter-notice policy
Production should define a response and counter-notice procedure consistent with legal counsel advice.
